1. Introduction
Lucidity InForm is a powerful yet user-friendly form building tool that enables the creation of custom-designed forms, which can be published to form groups and completed by users with appropriate login permissions. It offers flexible and comprehensive form designs, accessible on any device for both online and offline completion.
The system supports notification alerts, integration with existing assets in the Lucidity Asset module, and provides in-system reporting and dashboards for detailed data analysis. Clients can create various forms, including inspections, pre-start checklists, HR forms, and meeting minutes, using an extensive range of fields. Form groups control end-user access and visibility. Lucidity InForm is also available via the Lucidity App, allowing users to create, edit, email, and delete (depending on permissions) form records on mobile devices.
Email notifications may be sent automatically from the InForm module and can be viewed from the Notifications tab within Lucidity Access.
