The EHS Core mobile app (formally known as Lucidity) empowers users to efficiently manage and analyse form records through its robust search and sort capabilities. Whether you're looking for specific entries or organising data, EHS Core's intuitive interface allows for quick filtering and customisable sorting options, streamlining workflow and enhancing productivity on the go.
Note: Some screenshots in this article show the app under its previous Lucidity branding. Apart from the branding and colours, the app works the same way.
1. Search and sort form records
VIDEO: Search and Sort Form Records
Search and sort functions for form records include:
- Search via key word (from form title).
- Search via project.
- Sort via date from newest to oldest.
- Sort via date from oldest to newest.

- Not Started and In Progress forms will remain accessible on the mobile app regardless of age.
To search, from the Forms Records screen:
- Enter the key word or the project in the search bar at top of screen.
- The form records will automatically search as letters are typed.
To sort by date, from the Forms Records screen:
- Tap the sort icon in the top right of screen.
- Tap the required order.
- Tap Done.
2. Use QR code scanning to open a new form record
QR Codes can be used to open a new form directly in the EHS Core App.
To open a form this way:
- Scan the QR code (this can be located on a noticeboard for example).
- Log into the App.
- The requested form will be opened and can be filled out following the normal process (outlined below).
3. Obtaining the QR code or link for a particular form template
Each form template in EHS Core has a URL or link that will never change, and can be used to commence a new form. To obtain the link and convert to a QR code, follow the steps below.
Navigate to the required form within InForm by:
- Open InForm.
- Using the left hand menu, select the required form. This will filter the form records to only show records for the selected form.
- Click Add New.
- Copy the URL from the address bar in the browser.
- Use a third party tool to generate the QR Code from this link. An online QR Code Generator can be found here.
The link can also be used in emails and on websites (without the QR code) as an easy way to commence a form. As an example, the link can be included in Management System pages or on the Dashboard Links panel within EHS Core Intranet. The link for each form template will always point to the current version of the form.
