1. Managing individual Risks within the project Risk register
1.1. Project manager responsibilities
Once the project risk register is created, all of the master risks within each template will be copied to the project risk register and placed within groups or headings.
It is then the responsibility of the project manager to review each individual risk within the project risk register:
- Enter additional controls where required, including any actions.

Review the uncontrolled risk score.

Enter a controlled risk score.

Remove any risks not relevant to the project.

Add any new risks that are required.
Important: Adding, editing or deleting risks from a project risk register does not affect the original template from the master risk tab in any way. If a recommendation to update the master risks or templates to reflect these changes is required, a request can be sent to the system administrator to review (see steps below).
2. View individual Risks in the project Risk register
To view existing risks associated within a project risk register, from the Risk Registers page:
- Click Show Filters.
- Select the relevant filters.
- Click Filter.
- Locate the specific record at the bottom of the screen
Tip: Hiding filters can make viewing the results easier.
- Click the Risks button on the far right of the project risk register.
- Use collapse all and expand all buttons for ease of viewing.
