Lucidity App eliminates the need for physical OnSite hardware in certain scenarios. This guide explains how both individual users and Site Managers can utilise QR code scanning for efficient site entry and exit, streamlining the process and reducing the need for physical access cards.
1. QR codes to tap on and off
Where Onsite hardware is not required, the Lucidity App can be used for site entry/exit by individuals and Site Managers who need to scan in multiple people.
Key features:
- Users can simply scan a QR Code to tap On and Off a site.
- No need for printed NFC cards or OnSite boxes, making management easier.

Note: Full OnSite boxes and NFC cards are currently the only option when gates need to be opened based on area requirements.
2. Generating QR codes
To generate a QR Code, from Lucidity OnSite:
- Navigate to the relevant area.
- Click Edit.
- Copy the URL into an online QR Code generator.
- Print and display as required.
