Managing Contractor documents

This guide demonstrates how to effectively manage contractor documents and generate reports directly from the contractor page in your organisation's system. It covers the processes for uploading, organising, and tracking essential contractor documentation, as well as how to access and utilise the reporting features to gain valuable insights into your contractor workforce.
1. Managing Contractor documents

To view an individual contractor's documents, from the Contractor page:
- Use filters to locate the contractor.
- Click Employees to the far right of the contractor.
- All documents associated with the contractor will be listed, along with the current Document Approval Status.

From here, documents are managed in the same way as they would be from the Documents menu.

Once a contractor's page has been opened, the menu on the left-hand side of screen expands. From here, switch between the contractor's document or employee page.
2. Reporting from the Contractor page
An Excel list report is available from the Contractors page. Reports will reflect filtered search options as displayed on the lower half of the Contractors page.
To generate a report, from the Contractors page:
- Click Show Filters.
- Select the relevant filters.
- Click Filter.
- All results will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
- Click Excel Export to generate this report into Excel.
Reports can also be generated from the individual contractor's documents or employees page using the same instructions as above.
3. Customising data displayed
There are numerous Dashboards and Reports in Lucidity Contractor where columns displayed can be modified by the Organisation's Lucidity Administrator, this change required specific user permissions to be assigned.
