The EHS Core Desktop platform continues to evolve with powerful enhancements across its modules, with key features and improvements introduced in each version starting from 22.0.0.

1. Version 22.0.0

Release Date: 23rd October 2026

This is a milestone release. EHS Core moves to version 22.0.0 to align with the new mobile app and ensure the two remain compatible. It also adds a direct Admin Console link to the product switcher and fixes a range of issues across Inform, Competency, Asset, Access, HR, Intranet and Incident, including attachments being removed from Inform records, Actions list timeouts and incomplete emailed Competency exports.

What we introduced:

• Platform: Added a direct link to Admin Console in the EHS Core product switcher, so Tenant Administrators on Mazlan Home-enabled sites no longer need to go through Hub first. Users who sign in to EHS Core directly with an EHS username and password will see the link after signing in via Mazlan Home.

What we fixed:

• Inform: Fixed an issue where attachments could be removed from a form record when it was edited in a browser tab left open while another record was saved elsewhere.
• Inform: Fixed an issue where manually typed times in Time fields caused a false "invalid format" error on submit for forms with a signatory section.
• Inform: Fixed the date format in Form Records list columns so dates display as DD-MM-YYYY instead of YYYY-MM-DD.
• Incident: Fixed an issue where the Actions list timed out (504 error) on sites with large volumes of actions, such as when filters were cleared.
• Competency: Fixed an issue where emailed CSV exports stopped at 10,000 records, so they now match the Excel export for the same filter.
• Competency: Fixed an issue where all capabilities appeared to disappear from a role when only one was deleted. This was a display issue only and no data was lost.
• Competency: Fixed an issue where Access Department still appeared as a filter in Competency Reports when the department features were turned off.
• Asset: Fixed an issue where the Asset Register Excel export ignored the Asset Type quick filter and included assets from other types and branches.
• Access: Fixed an internal server error when saving a user whose username contains an ampersand (&).
• Access: Fixed misaligned column headers and data in the user table on the User Groups edit page.
• HR: Fixed an issue where the End Date on an HR profile changed after the user's account was archived.
• Intranet: Fixed an issue where search results in Filing Cabinet opened a blank page instead of the selected file.
• General: Fixed an issue where user-created Help buttons did not open the configured URL in a new tab.
