The EHS Core Desktop platform continues to evolve with powerful enhancements across its modules, with key features and improvements introduced in each version starting from 21.0.0.

Version 21.14.0

Release date: 28th September 2026

This release makes Inform more dependable, gives Mazlan AI stronger assignment and search capabilities, and improves login and data accuracy across Asset and Competency.

What we fixed:

• Inform: Fixed forms remaining stuck in "In Progress" despite all mandatory fields being completed, affecting multiple clients
• Inform: Fixed inline comment authorship going blank on the review page once the comment's author account is archived
• Inform: Fixed the form Identifier field reverting to blank after being added or edited on an already-created form record
• Inform: Fixed a duplicate notification being sent for the same form submission event
• Incident: Fixed the "Issue Category = Injury" filter excluding injury-categorised incidents that don't yet have a severity assigned
• Asset: Fixed updating the Asset ID on an existing record causing an indefinite loading screen and failed save
• Competency: Fixed Configure Columns on Training History producing duplicate Person columns and blocking Save and Excel Export
• Competency: Fixed closed needs for archived/deleted users continuing to display as current/open
• Login: Fixed users being unable to log in when the HSE Input module was selected on the login page, despite having valid access

Mazlan AI enhancements

• Improved Mazlan AI's search filtering to correctly return results when a record's creator is specified in a prompt
• Expanded Mazlan AI's manager assignment to support full manager lists, regardless of size
• Refined Mazlan AI's manager suggestions to respect each user's division/org scope, aligning with the native manager picker

Release Date: 9th September 2026

This release fixes Inform PDF export, Permit to Work approval permissions, and mobile QR sign-off issues, adds new Public API asset fields and expanded Incident drug test recording, and strengthens Mazlan AI's adoption measurement.

What we fixed:

• Inform: Fixed forms remaining stuck in "In Progress" despite all mandatory fields being completed, affecting multiple clients
• Permit to Work: Fixed users with only "Can create and edit permit" being able to approve and close their own permits without holding the separate approval permission
• Mobile App: Fixed an intermittent "Record Not Found" error when scanning the Daily Pre-Start Meeting Form QR code
• Inform: Fixed a data migration issue where archived form records were silently excluded from response-history backfill, affecting reporting/BI visibility of their answers
• Incident: Fixed PDF exports displaying an outdated attachment instead of the incident's current attachment
• Inform: Fixed ticked checkboxes in "checklist without options" fields appearing unticked when exported to PDF 
• Competency: Fixed the "Has attachments" filter failing to exclude records that do have attachments

What we improved

• Incident: Added multi-select support to the drug test "Drug detected" field, allowing multiple substances to be recorded on a single report without pre-creating a combined label
• Public API: Added sub_project, mass, and level fields to the Asset create/edit endpoints.

Mazlan AI enhancements

• Added the isMazlanAIEnabled capability to better measure Mazlan AI adoption as the pilot progresses.
