This release updated our Mazlan AI assistant based on Customer Success Plan permissions and restores approver details on Inform signature boxes when the approver's account has been archived.

This release focuses on resolving data-integrity and display issues across Inform, Incident, Access and HR, alongside new Public API endpoints for Labour Hours and Asset management, and an upgrade to the Mazlan AI assistant component.
What we fixed:

Version 21.11.2

Version 21.11.1
Release date: 11 August 2026
What we fixed:
- Inform: Fixed a data-loss issue where a late sync from a mobile device could overwrite newer answers already saved on the web. Affected records were identified and repaired; no data was permanently lost
Version 21.11.0
Release date: 07 August 2026
This release focuses on resolving user creation and access issues, restoring key SWMS and Competency workflows, delivering targeted fixes across Risk, Intranet, and Asset Maintenance, and progressing key strategic initiatives including Mazlan AI and platform infrastructure upgrades.
What we are building:
Mazlan AI is currently in pilot.
These features are being trialled with a limited group of customers and are not yet generally available. Once the pilot is complete, Mazlan AI will be released as a paid feature for all eligible customers.
Access during the pilot is gated by feature flag and permissions, and requires your organisation to have migrated to Mazlan Home.
More information will be available soon; in the meantime, please reach out to your Account Manager with any questions.
- Incident (Mazlan AI): Rolling out the Incident Form Completion Assistant, letting frontline workers report incidents through a natural, conversational interface instead of a lengthy manual form.
- Incident (Mazlan AI): Rolling out Incident Search & Discovery, enabling safety managers to search incident records using natural language instead of multi-dropdown filters.
Platform: Continued the underlying Elasticsearch upgrade programme, modernising search infrastructure from Elasticsearch 5.6 to OpenSearch 1.3 to improve reliability, security, and long-term supportability.
What we fixed:
- Access: Fixed a JavaScript error preventing some tenants from creating users.
- SWMS: Restored the missing ‘Complete Review Process’ button on the SWMS Form page.
- Competency: Fixed inconsistent auto-assignment of default competency roles to new Hub users.
- User Management: Fixed Induction users failing to sync to Hub when mobile numbers were entered in local format. Numbers are now validated and normalised.

- Asset: Fixed maintenance schedules failing to save for dates of 29, 30 or 31 with a 48-month interval.
- Risk: Fixed mismatched risk score colours between the Master Register and risk matrix views.
- General: Fixed duplicate modules appearing in the left-hand navigation for some tenants.
- Intranet: Fixed the ‘Required Form Template’ search dropdown not filtering results as users typed.
