The EHS core mobile app continues to evolve with powerful enhancements, QR code updates and app optimisation. Below is a summary of the key features and improvements introduced in each version, starting with the most recent.

Note: Some mobile app features depend on the desktop web version. We recommend keeping both platforms updated to the latest version for the best experience.

1. Version 11.6.0

1.1 Release Date

18 March 2026

In this release, we focused on improving authentication readiness, form reliability, and mobile usability.

1.2 Improvements

• Hub Banner: Added a banner to notify users that the login experience will transition to Ideagen Hub, and to prompt users to ensure a valid email address is on file.

• SSO: Resolved an issue where users were unable to sign in via SSO on the mobile app when an SSO domain was enabled.
• InForm: Fixed an issue where number fields with defined boundary values were not preventing form submission when values exceeded the allowed range.
• Hazard: Restored the ability for users to select the current date in the mobile app after an earlier adjustment had inadvertently restricted this.
• InForm: Resolved discrepancies in form record status and an issue where data would disappear when saving a form record via the mobile app.

2. Version 11.5.5

2.1 Release Date

12 February 2026

In this release, we focused on improving security, QR code functionality and form synchronisation to deliver a more reliable and secure mobile experience. 

2.2 Improvements

• Hazardous substances: Fixed filtering discrepancies where location-based searches showed different results between the mobile app and web version, ensuring consistent substance counts across both platforms.
• Sync: Resolved an issue where the automatic two-hour full sync failed to consistently reflect configuration changes for dictionaries, divisions, business units and projects, ensuring all system updates now synchronise reliably.
• Android display: Fixed a navigation bar overlap issue that was covering app buttons and the keyboard on Android devices, improving usability without requiring users to switch to gesture navigation.
• App security: Integrated automated Veracode SAST (static application security testing) scans into the development pipeline for early detection of security vulnerabilities

3. Version 11.4.8

3.1. Release date

28 January 2026

In this release, we focused on improving security, QR code functionality and form synchronisation to deliver a more reliable and secure mobile experience. 

3.2. Improvements

• WebDialog Android: Improved QR code scanning so the correct website now loads automatically, even when a WebDialog session is already open, removing the need to manually close previous sessions.
• Inform: Enhanced error handling to show clear error messages instead of an indefinite “loading form” status when API calls fail.
• Inform: Resolved synchronisation issues so form records now display the correct status and complete data consistently between the mobile app and web version.
• Hazardous substance: Added a dedicated safety and risk attachment field area to keep these attachments separate from safety data sheet attachments for better organisation.
• App security: Implemented security patches to protect the mobile application from identified vulnerabilities.

4. Version 11.1.7

4.1. Release date

30 October 2025

In this release, we focused on performance improvements and expanding hazardous substances module capabilities. 

4.2. Improvements

• Performance: Improved app speed and responsiveness with lazy loading and caching.
• Hazardous substances: Updated the module to support new settings and filters for better control.
• Forms: Improved row addition functionality in forms.
• Comments: Restored comment label visibility in the app.
• Single-issue workflow: Updated the display to match the web view for consistency.

5. Version 11.0.9

5.1. Release date

1 October 2025

In this release, we completed the transition from Lucidity to Ideagen EHS core branding. 

5.2. Improvements

• App name: The app name has changed from Lucidity to Ideagen EHS core.
• App icon: The app icon has changed from the Lucidity icon to the Ideagen EHS core icon.
