1. Version 18.16 – OnSite visitor sign in and out via web browser

Release date: 2 April 2025

Visitors can now sign in and out of a site using their own mobile device and web browser by scanning a QR code. The EHS Core mobile app is not required.

Via their web browser, visitors can:

• Enter their name, company, email and phone number to enter and exit sites.
• Search for the person they’re visiting.
• Acknowledge and agree to conditions of entry.
• Trigger email notifications to the person being visited.
• Notify the area manager if the visitor cannot find their host.
• Sign themselves out using name and mobile number.

All visits are logged in OnSite, including visitor details, time signed in and out, and total time on site.

2. Version 18.15 – InForm team review and sign off workflow

Release date: 28 February 2025

This release introduces a team review and sign off workflow in InForm, allowing form records to be shared with the workforce for review and digital sign off via web or mobile.

• Form administrators can enable review and sign off per template.
• Forms can be shared via QR code or assigned actions.
• Digital signatures and timestamps are captured.
• Completed forms are locked to prevent late sign offs.
• Signed forms remain viewable in the mobile app.

Supports high-risk construction work by enabling risk assessments and SWMS to be reviewed and signed off by workers.

Allows easy tracking of attendees and discussion points, with digital signatures and timestamps.

3. Version 18.11 – OnSite visitor management

Release date: 11 November 2024

Visitor management is now available via the OnSite module. Each area can be configured to allow visitor access with custom settings.

• Enable or disable visitor access per area.
• Allow visitors to search for their host.
• Require agreement to conditions of entry.
• Send email notifications to the host.

4. Version 18.9.0 – Asset actions

Actions can now be created in relation to specific assets, supporting maintenance tracking and asset-related workflows.

5. Version 18.8.0 – Incident, risk and HR fixes

• Incident – improved BAC reading precision from 2 to 3 decimal places.
• Risk – fixed issue when accepting changes to master risks.
