1. Version 19.12.0 - Enhanced API security
Release Date: 20 October 2025
Introduced new backend API endpoints to support the management of competency related data in Lucidity. This enhancement establishes the foundation for future integration of training and learning record imports from external HR and training systems.

2. Version 19.11.0 - Enhanced API security
Release Date: 6 October 2025
The public API now supports secure token-based authentication in addition to the previous username/password method. Users can generate API tokens through Lucidity interface and use them for API access. This enhancement provides improved security by keeping your account credentials separate from API access, supports MFA-protected accounts, and allows for better access control through token management
- InForm - QR codes for public forms with assets include asset dropdown and no auth is required to view the form
- InForm - QR code generator is enabled to generate public form QR codes
- Intranet - Removed extra spacing in actions excel report
- HR - Date fields are populated in competency reports
3. Version 19.9.0- Improvements to Incident and Hazardous Substances Modules

- Incident - The total count of actions and number of open actions has been added to the incident report.
- Hazardous Substance - Notifications sent when SDS are nearing their expiry date, or have expired
4. Version 19.8.1 – InForm AI form template generator

5. Version 19.5.0 – Hazardous substances management module
Release Date: 6 June 2025
This module provides centralized management of hazardous substances and their associated safety data sheets (SDSs), helping organizations stay compliant with ISO 45001.

6. Version 19.3.0 – InForm conditional inline elements

Form fields in InForm can now require respondents to add inline elements such as actions, attachments, comments, and photos. These elements appear directly alongside the relevant question, improving clarity and context.
Form administrators can configure templates to require specific inline elements based on user responses. For example, if a user answers "Yes" to "Was a hazard identified?", they may be required to include an inline action and photo.
7. Version 19.2.0 – InForm and Risk Module integration
Release Date: 22 April 2025
InForm now integrates with the Risk module, allowing users to add risks directly from the Lucidity Risk register into a form. This streamlines data entry and reduces duplication.
8. Version 19.1.0 – Multiuser time zones
Release Date: 17 April 2025
Lucidity now supports multi-user time zones. By default, a user's time zone is automatically set based on their location at login. Users can also manually adjust their default time zone via the HR My Details page.
