Using the hazardous substances register

Administrators who want to learn more about managing hazardous substances.
System Administrator access is required to manage hazardous substances.
1. Substance register
The default landing page and the primary screen within Lucidity Hazardous Substances Module is the Hazardous Substances Register page.
The hazardous substances register lists all the substances managed by the organisation.
From the Hazardous Substances Register page of the Hazardous Substances Module, administrators can:
- Add or edit hazardous substances.
- View substances by substance type.
- View Safety Data Sheet (SDS) status: Current, Expiring, Expired).
- View Safety Data Sheet date of issue, expiry.
- View the location of each substance.
- View the CAS Number.
- View the manufacturer of the substance.
- View hazard code and statement information.
- View and manage the quantity per location.
- View PPE requirements.
- Archive and delete substances.
