1. Adding a new improvement opportunity

First navigate to the Incident module to see a list of issue types.

Select Improvement Opportunity as shown below.

1.1. Complete the improvement opportunity form with all required details

This will open a new improvement opportunity form with the fields shown below. Fill in the fields required and submit once ready. For a full list of the fields and descriptions of each field see the table below.
