Configuring bulk changes for records and personnel

This article will guide you through configuring the powerful Bulk Change feature to streamline mass updates to records and personnel data across Lucidity Software modules. By leveraging Bulk Change, you can efficiently apply modifications to multiple records or employee profiles simultaneously, saving valuable time and effort.
1. Bulk updating records and personnel
To bulk update a group of people or records, navigate to the Lucidity Software module and relevant page where the basic steps are the same. In this example, we will bulk update a group of records in Lucidity Competency where the issue date has been incorrectly assigned.
- Use the available filters to narrow down the list of records displayed.
- Select Bulk Change.
- In the wizard that opens, tick the records that need to be changed.
- Ticking the very top box will automatically select all records in the list.
- Click Next.
- Click Update.
- Click Next.
- Tick the options requiring updating.
- Populate the new information as required.

Click Next.

Review the changes and click Confirm.
- The progress bar will display. Once complete, click Finish to return the Records page.
