These FAQs provide additional details to help you better understand and use dashboards within Lucidity Software applications like Lucidity Incident, Lucidity Risk, and Lucidity InForm.
Note: Make sure you have the proper administrative access to perform certain tasks. Your system administrator can assist if needed.

1. Can I drill down from a dashboard chart or graph to view the associated records?
For certain Lucidity InForm widgets, yes you can click through from the visualisation to see the underlying record details. We are working to roll out this functionality across all modules.
2. Can I filter dashboards based on metadata like a single organisation?
Absolutely. Dashboard widgets can be filtered by organisation, user, date range and other criteria to show just the information relevant to you.
3. Is there a way to change the colour of a graph if data points are above or below a target line?
Not at the moment, but visual indicators like color-coding for targets is a great idea we can consider for a future release.
4. Will cross-module dashboard widgets be available on our intranet site's dashboard?
Yes, that's part of our phase 2 rollout plan. Soon you'll be able to showcase key metrics from various Lucidity applications right on your intranet landing page.
