Most likely, yes. The Lucidity eLearning training simply covers how to use the system. You will need to provide context to your users and explain specific internal processes on how and when they are expected to use the system.
5. Can I access the training in future after I’ve completed it?
Absolutely! Just remember your log in details and simply log back in to review your completed training at any time. Even better, the modules will be updated to reflect any system changes and these updates will also be available to you. You won’t need to restart the training to view the updates.
6. What will I need to complete the training?
Access to your own system is required to complete the training as you will be asked to complete practice activities along the way. If you have been provided access to a Lucidity demo site, you can also use this. You will need headphones to listen to the audio content if in a shared space.
