Unlocking user accounts
Who is this article for?Administrators and Managers who want to learn how to unlock user accounts.
Administrator permissions are required to follow some of these steps.
After 3 failed password attempts within a 5 minute window, users will be locked out of their account for 15 minutes. Additional incorrect attempts may result in the user being permanently locked out. Administrators are able to unlock accounts to re-enable user access.
1. Unlocking user accounts
To unlock an account, from the Users page:

Use filters to select Locked Accounts.

Click unlock to the right-hand side.

Click Unlock to confirm.

User access will now be reinstated.

Instruct the user on how to reset their password or reset it for them.
