Who is this article for?Administrators who want to learn about the shared features in Risk.
Administrator permissions are required.
Lucidity Risk offers a suite of powerful shared features, including Actions and dashboard configuration, designed to enhance risk management processes across your organisation. This article explores these versatile tools, demonstrating how they can be leveraged to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and provide customised insights through tailored dashboards, ultimately helping you build a more resilient and proactive risk management strategy.
1. Actions
Lucidity applications include the Actions tab which allows for the creation of tasks for users to complete and, in turn generate email notifications to the user. In Lucidity Risk, this feature could be used by system administrators to remind project managers to review the controlled risk score for each risk in their project risk register. A user can also create actions for themselves.
An example of how a user's My Actions tab in Lucidity Risk may look is shown below.
Filters can be used to view all actions allocated to a user, regardless of the module.
2. Dashboard Configuration
Lucidity applications include Dashboards to allow data to be analysed and to assist reporting. Configuring the dashboard enables the information required to be shown in visual graphics at a glance.
An example of how a Lucidity Risk dashboard may look is shown below.
2.1. Frequency matrix of controlled risks
The Frequency Matrix of Controlled Risks is a particularly useful widget for the Risk Dashboard. Otherwise known as a Heat Map, it displays the number of occurrences of each controlled risk classification in a risk matrix.
