OnSite FAQs
Who is this article for?Administrators who want to understand more about Lucidity Onsite.
Administrator permissions are required.
These FAQs are designed as supplemental documentation to the main user guide. They aim to provide a better understanding and use of Ideagen OnSite and its linkage with the rest of the Ideagen EHS Core system.
Important: Please ensure that you have the correct administrative access to perform the required task. The system administrator can assist with this.
1. Why am I being denied access?
There are a few reasons why you may be denied access.
- You are using an invalid QR code.
- If you're receiving an access denied message, that means you have not satisfied the requirements to enter the area. Contact your local administrator for support.
2. How can I set up requirements for workers to enter an area?
A Ideagen EHS Core administrator will need to set up an area and link the capabilities and/or contractor documents required.
3. How can I view who's on site?
There are two options for viewing who is currently tapped on to a site:
- Site Manager/Supervisor method:
- Use the Onsite functionality in the Lucidity App.
- Select a site to see:
- Number of people on site.
- List of people on a particular site (including name, mobile number, and company name).
- List of competency records for each person (current, expired, or expiring).
- Refer to the Onsite Mobile App page for more information.
- Lucidity administrator method:
- Access via the web portal.
- View a list of workers currently on site.
- Access historical attendance records via the Onsite Logs.
- Useful for reporting purposes.
