1. Training opportunities
Lucidity is committed to providing the best possible learning experience and reference materials. A suite of training opportunities has been developed to utilise, including full-length administration videos, face-to-face training, and eLearning courses to complement the detailed user guides.
2. eLearning courses
The eLearning suite enables learners at any level to complete training for any Lucidity module at their own pace. Here is a sample webinar covering various topics:

3. Learning pathways
We offer three flexible learning pathways:
- General User: For typical end-users completing forms, entering incidents, and taking eLearning courses.
- Manager: For higher-level users approving incidents, reviewing forms, managing assets, and viewing team training records.
- Administrator: For top-level users requiring access to all system functions.
You can select different user levels for different Lucidity modules as needed.
Additional Training Additional training can be purchased from Lucidity at a standard rate once all relevant eLearning courses have been completed successfully.
Ongoing Support Access to the Lucidity support desk will be provided to a set number of administrators as per your organisation's Lucidity proposal, once all relevant eLearning courses have been completed successfully.
