1. How can I edit a published form before others complete it?
Place the form into a Form Group to which only you have access. This will prevent other users from completing the form.
2. How do I implement approval steps within a form?
The form Approval field is designed for processing workflows and approvals. Please see the Approval Workflows page in this Support Portal.
3. Are there size limitations for forms, and how can I manage large forms?
Yes, there are recommendations:
- Limit forms to 100 fields, with a maximum of 70 conditional fields.
- Large forms may cause performance issues, especially on lower-spec Android devices.
- For forms exceeding 100 fields, consider disabling 'Mobile enabled' to restrict usage to web browsers only.
