Downloading and deleting form records in the mobile app

The Lucidity mobile app offers seamless control over form records with its downloading and deleting functionalities, enabling users to manage data efficiently on their mobile devices. Whether you need to save important records for offline access or clear out outdated entries, Lucidity's user-friendly interface provides quick and secure options for downloading and deleting form records, ensuring your mobile workspace remains organised and up-to-date.
1. Download form records as a PDF
Form records can be downloaded to the device as a PDF. To download the form record as a PDF, from the App Dashboard:
- Follow steps above to create a new form record or open an existing.
- Tap the Share form button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.
- The form record will be downloaded and saved on the device as a PDF.
2. Delete form record
Form records can be deleted directly from the app if the users has the required privileges. To delete a form record, from the App Dashboard:

Tap # in progress forms.

To edit a form which is already complete, tap All forms.
- Scroll or search to locate the required form record.
- Note that completed forms can be access via the Complete button at the bottom of the screen.
- Press and hold on the name of the form record to be deleted for Android devices or Swipe from the right edge of the form you’re trying to delete for iOS devices.
- Tap Delete in the pop-up window that appears.
Note: Different device types may display the delete option in slightly different ways.
The deletion of form records cannot be undone. Always proceed with caution prior to using the delete function.
3. Send form record via email

Form records can be emailed as a PDF to multiple recipients.
To email a form record, from the App Dashboard:

Follow steps above to create a new form record or open an existing.

Tap the envelope email icon in the bottom of the screen.
- To email to a user within the system, tap the Add button. Alternatively, type in the email address directly in the Email addresses field.

Scroll or search to locate the recipients and tap to select. The recipients will be highlighted green.

Tap Done in the top right-hand corner.
- Populate the Subject and Message fields (these fields are mandatory).
- Tap Send Form to email a PDF copy as an attachment to all named recipients.
