1. Logging into the mobile app
To log into the app:
- Enter your domain, then tap Get Started.
- Your domain is the first part of your organisation's web address when you view Ideagen EHS Core in your browser.
- For example, if the full URL is "http://product.luciditysoftware.com.au", enter "product" or the full domain name.
- If you are not sure of your domain, tap Finding your domain or ask your Admin.
- Sign in in the same way as you do in a web browser, either with:
- Your username and password, then tap Sign in.
- If your organisation is connected to Mazlan Home, tap Sign in with SSO / Mazlan Home (single sign-on must be set up for this option to work).
- If you are asked for a verification code, enter the code sent to your email address.
- The first time you sign in, the app sets up your workspace and downloads your data. Keep the screen open until the download finishes.

2. App dashboard
Once loaded, the landing page in the app is the Dashboard. The Dashboard includes:
- A greeting with your open actions, how many are overdue, and your forms in progress.
- Shortcuts to add a new form or a new action.
- My open actions, the actions assigned to you, with their due dates.
- A menu to switch between modules. Modules that are not available yet, such as Incident, Onsite and Hazardous Substances, are marked Coming Soon.

The app periodically refreshes the information stored on your device. To refresh it yourself, pull down on the Dashboard. To download all of your data again, go to Profile and tap Sync next to Perform full sync.

3. Offline mode and syncing
You can complete forms and actions without a connection. The app stores your work on your device and syncs it automatically when you are back online.
Actions that are waiting to sync show an asterisk (*) next to their ID.
In Profile you can find the following settings:
- Offline Mode: save data for use without a connection.
- High Quality Images: upload larger, clearer images. This uses more data and takes longer.
- Background Sync Interval: choose how often the app syncs in the background.
- Perform full sync: download all data from the server.

4. Getting the most out of the app
To help the app work well on your device, review this checklist:
-
Keep the app up to date:
- Check the App Store or Google Play for updates, and install them when they are available.
-
Ensure free memory:
- Keep at least 25% of your device's storage free. For example, if the device has 8GB of storage, make sure at least 2GB is free.
- This helps your device run all of its apps properly and prevents it becoming sluggish.
